Board Member

Mary is a senior lawyer with over 25 years in public health, including population health and legal and policy development. She has worked with diverse and disadvantaged communities in regional and urban Australia.

As an executive in the public sector, Mary has led reviews of and implemented board governance frameworks. She is an experienced board member of not-for-profits and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mary has degrees in health science and law.  Her motivation to join the WAAC Board is the desire to apply her experience in governance and population health in an inclusive community organisation dedicated to both delivering important public health services and influencing public policy, practices and research.
