Alcohol and Drug Support Line

The Alcohol and Drug Support Line is a confidential, non-judgmental telephone counselling, information and referral service for anyone seeking help for their own or another person’s alcohol or drug use.

The counsellor who answers your call can:

  • Listen to what is going on for you
  • Provide you with information about alcohol or drug use
  • Provide emotional support
  • Talk about treatment options
  • Refer you to local services that can provide ongoing support

Hepatitis WA

Hepatitis WA provides care, treatment and support for people affected by hepatitis in WA. Hepatitis WA aims to reduce stigma and discrimination for people living with viral hepatitis. Hepatitis WA provides testing and treatment services, education and a needle and syringe program.

Mental Health Emergency Response Line

For anyone involved in a mental health emergency in the community – including individuals, families/carers, member of the general public or health professionals.

Clinicians at MHERL provide assessment, specialist intervention and support for people experiencing a mental health emergency.
If required, they also provide referral to a local mental health service.

Parent and Family Drug Support Line

The Parent and Family Drug Support Line is a confidential, non-judgmental telephone counselling, information and referral service for anyone concerned about a loved one’s alcohol or drug use. Callers have the option to speak to an experienced parent volunteer.

Peer Based Harm Reduction

Peer Based Harm Reduction WA provides non-judgmental, friendly peer-based support, information and education, advocacy and harm reduction services and services for people who use drugs in WA.
